We are a leading entertainment complex in Boston, currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our security team.
This role is ideal for those who thrive in a professional environment and are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Verifying guest IDs
Managing crowd control effectively
Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests
Employing de-escalation techniques when necessary
Work Hours:
The venue is home to concerts, world-renowned DJs, corporate events, and private events. As such there are various shifts available - You do not need to be available to work all shifts.
Monday through Thursday, 6 PM to 11 PM
Weekend nights: 9:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Occasional day shifts
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a security role is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
Candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
