Help wanted for rental showings! GUARANTEED PAID SHIFTS available Monday-Sunday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Ideal candidates: Have a strong desire to to help clients of any age, race, gender, sexual orientation and economic status find a place to live that is most suitable for them!
Required Qualifications:
Valid and current Driver's license
Must have own car (mileage and gas not reimbursed) - most rentals are in Boston, Somerville and Cambridge
Must be able to set up appointments without ever being late
Must be willing to travel to Cambridge/Somerville/Boston
Highly responsive to email, text and phone calls
High attention to detail and organization of clients and schedule
Ability to track working hours accurately
Self-driven and motivated to getting tasks accomplished
AVAILABLE SHIFTS 7 DAYS PER WEEK
IDEAL CANDIDATES AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-3PM
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Respond to requested showings
Accompany prospects and clients to showings
Provide showing feedback
Be able to use apps like Slack, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
Compensation: $25 per hour
Contract-based position.
