I am looking for a detail-oriented, outgoing, and compassionate female to assist me as the owner of an established spiritual practice that deals with bereavement. The position involves entering and tracking information on Google Sheets for incoming leads and sales, following up with leads to schedule appointments, collecting and processing payments over the phone, responding to general inquiries, providing quotes, researching, and constantly updating lists and inquiries. You may add on additional hours by providing on-site support at various locations on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday nights within 20 miles of Mansfield, MA if you are available to do so, but it's not required.

This very part-time Administrative/Scheduling Assistant position is a perfect side hustle requiring a minimum of 4 to 10 hours per week, with at least three to four dedicated work hours between 11 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. Perfect for a stay-at-home Mom, those who are retired or have time outside of their job to help an established business so they can focus on their clients. This is an ongoing job that requires a commitment. Pay begins at $20.00 an hour as an Independent Contractor. There are no taxes taken out, benefits, or workman’s compensation.

Requirements – Customer service experience, knowledge of using apps, Google email, sheets, and documents, outgoing personality that feels comfortable calling clients, scheduling appointments, and taking payments over the phone. Must have a laptop or computer, cell phone that can load apps, knowledge of Google email, spreadsheets, documents, and Microsoft Word. Although this is primarily a remote job you can do in your own home, you must live locally to meet with the owner for training and other general support. I am looking to hire as soon as possible to fill this position with the right candidate.
