Our client, a medical center located in Peabody, MA, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for a full-time, onsite role. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an evening clinic shift four times per month (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM), with schedules provided in advance. Compensation is $21 per hour for a duration of 3-6 months. The role involves a variety of responsibilities related to patient coordination and high-level customer service in a busy multispecialty clinic. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Job Duties:Check in and out patients for a busy multispecialty clinic.Answer incoming calls from patients, families, providers, and insurance companies.Monitor daily schedules and coordinate patient flow.Provide high-level customer service to support satellite operations.Collaborate with internal and external referring providers.Obtain prior authorizations to compile patient schedules.Schedule patient visits and assist with the patient encounter process.Record and forward messages; triage calls for urgent needs.Provide routine clerical support as needed.Candidate Requirements:High school diploma required.1-2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service (experience in high-stress environments is critical).Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred, as approximately 40% of patients speak these languages.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Vaccination required for the role.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
