Location: Remote (office in Davis Square and Central Sq.) The interview will be held in person.

Part time position with flexible hours (Monday-Thursday) (20 hours per week)

$19 per hour

Our brokerage is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Part-Time Administrative and Social Media Coordinator.

Job Description:

As our Administrative and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and enhancing our online presence. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with the current social media platforms.

The position may also included:

Handling email correspondence and manage general administrative tasks.

Data Entry

Document editing/creating

Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in administrative support/social media posting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
