Bethel Child Care Services Inc. is looking for a full-time Office Manager for our Framingham Area office.
Bethel is a Family Child Care System that supports home family child care educators and provides referral services for families looking for care across the state. We are not a child care center. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help assist our area coordinator for our newly expanded Framingham program, and act as a regional office for our headquarters in Methuen Ma, from your location in our new Framingham office.
You would be assisting in many aspects of the day to day running of the program. Including but not limited to:
- Interacting with and assisting Parents/Clients, Transportation Services, and supporting Family Child Care Educators.
- Assessing Eligibility for Clients receiving subsidy from the state.
- Assisting central billing department with the monthly billing of your areas services and collection of payments from clients.
- Assisting central transportation department by setting up transportation and ensuring compliance.
Preferred / required skills and experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication and phone skills.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is a requirement for application.
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Specific knowledge or experience in Voucher Child Care Programs is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Compensation starting at $22/hr (negotiable based on prior experience)
- Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30
