Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Lexington, MA, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team! This role is onsite in Lexington, MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, temporary with potential to extend, and paying $24/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!Key ResponsibilitiesReceptionMonitor Ring doorbell during business hours and manage front entrance activity. Receive and route visitors and vendors as neededAnswer and direct incoming inquiries via email, phone, and in-person. Regularly check voicemailbox and relay messages to the appropriate department or individualMonitor and maintain the office lobby, ensuring it is welcoming, clean and organizedOffice CoordinationOrder and maintain appropriate stock of office supplies including kitchen essentials.
