We're looking for a dependable, positive, and motivated person to join our office team. We've been in business for over 25 years and offer a friendly work environment with room to grow.
This position will include customer service, order entry, invoicing, entering bills, deposits, filing, reconciliation of accounts, running reports as needed, commissions, sorting mail, creating and sending purchase orders, and other office related activities as needed.
Previous experience and knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
We're looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
