Our Historic Organ Company is looking to add a part-time Office Assistant to join our office staff for 10-20 hours per week. In this role you will be assisting with administrative tasks, supporting team members, customer service. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office files.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Requirements:
High School diploma; additional certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with office equipment.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
