Full-Time Office Assistant – Real Estate Development
Our real estate development company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks as needed
Greet visitors and provide administrative support to the team
Assist with document preparation and other clerical tasks
Requirements:
1-3 years of office administration experience (real estate or construction industry a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
