Busy Real Estate Office seeks a Manager Assistant
Responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping
- Entering payments, cutting checks to landlords and recording daily deposits in QuickBooks
- Social Media Networking/ Advertising
- General Administrative Work
- Directing/Screening Calls
Preferred Experience:
- QuickBooks Experience
- Keyboard/typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Social Media Networks
