We are a busy professional couple seeking an experienced and highly organized Household Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our home. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency and grace. This role is essential in ensuring our household runs smoothly, allowing us to focus on our professional responsibilities. Week-to-week tasks will vary based on season and needs. 1-day per week on-site plus additional remote administrative hours during the week. You can set your own hours during the week. Perfect for a college student or other individual seeking flexible employment. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Household Management:
- Oversee and coordinate daily household activities.
- Light housekeeping while maintaining household supplies and inventory.
- Some gardening and outdoor maintenance projects.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee home maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed.
- Improve household organization (closets, storage areas, garage, etc.)
- Miscellaneous paperwork and administrative tasks.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate event logistics for family events, dinners, and gatherings.
Errands and Personal Assistance:
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks.
Pet Care:
- Ensure the well-being and care of family pet.
