Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communication between team members and clients
Assist with job costing, invoicing, and tracking project expenses
Maintain records, documents, and ensure compliance with company policies
Support project managers and field staff as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Buildertrend or other project management software is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
