Business Relationship Manager
We are a regional leader in the commercial services industry. As a Business Relationship Manager, the basis of your role is to strengthen & maintain our base of over 100 commercial service providers. This role provides professional support for work crews while collaborating with our management team.
We have processes in place that allow the right individual to thrive, along with a robust custom software that streamlines communication and puts the information you need to succeed at your fingertips.
This is a full-time position that requires a combination of in-office presence and territory travel consistently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Recruiting, vetting, training incoming personnel
-Managing professional documentation
-Organized record-keeping
-Main line of communication as on-going support for service providers, addressing issues with urgency
-Willingness to work occasional odd hours
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years in an office setting
-Recruiting
-Supervisory experience - Building teams & managing them
-Record-keeping & administrative work
-Territory management experience is a plus
-Background in the janitorial industry is a plus
Qualities we are seeking:
-Advanced experience speaking Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
-Management mind-set. Organized, self-starter
-Professional, presentable individual
