What You'll Do:

✅ Business Growth & Sales Strategy

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our construction services.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting property developers, real estate professionals, and contractors.

Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to drive competitive advantage.

Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve sales targets.

✅ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project managers.

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.

Develop customized solutions tailored to client needs and project goals.

✅ Marketing & Brand Positioning

Represent WORKS by JD at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Work with the marketing team to create impactful business development materials and presentations.

Utilize digital marketing and outreach strategies to attract new clients.

✅ Project & Financial Oversight

Monitor project progress and maintain strong communication with clients.

Analyze financial reports and revenue forecasts to assess business performance.

Ensure compliance with contracts, industry regulations, and company policies.

✅ Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

Identify ways to improve sales processes and client engagement.

Work closely with internal teams to align business growth strategies.

Mentor and support junior sales and business development professionals.

What We're Looking For:

️ Proven experience in construction business development, sales, or client relations.

️ Strong knowledge of construction services, contracts, and project management.

️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

️ Ability to develop and implement growth strategies for new business.

️ Experience with CRM software, sales tracking, and market research tools.
