Essentially seeking a receptionist with additional admin responsibilities. Experience with Microsoft Office a must. Second position would be that of an accounting clerk or bookkeeper. Quickbooks experience a must for this position.
We are flexible with the hours/days but once set would need to keep basically consistent. Must have good organizational skills. Pay commensurate with experience.
