What you’ll be doing:
Answering incoming calls and booking appointments
Creating and sending invoices
Writing up estimates
Helping with light social media posting (optional, but a plus)

Solid phone and communication skills
Basic computer/invoicing know-how
Someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and doesn’t need hand-holding
