Bailey & Sage, known for Boston's Best Breakfast and Lunch Catering, is seeking a motivated and personable Catering Sales Administrator. This role involves making cold calls to potential clients, following up with existing catering customers, attending catering demos, and managing catering-related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to introduce Bailey & Sage catering services to potential clients.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing catering customers through follow-up calls and emails.
- Participate in catering demos and provide exceptional support to the sales team.
- Organize and manage catering paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate catering orders and logistics.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred( If minimal we will train).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
