We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoicing, Quality Control, and Shipping Specialist. This full-time position plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our company, ensuring that invoicing, quality control, and shipping processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of product and service delivery.
Coordinate and oversee the shipping process, including preparation, packaging, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
Qualifications:
Experience in invoicing, quality control, and shipping is highly desirable.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
