Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

Phone Etiquette: Answer and handle phone calls professionally, providing a positive and helpful experience for callers, while directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Email Management: Efficiently manage and respond to emails, handling both internal and external correspondence promptly and professionally.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits, considering project timelines and team availability.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a customer-focused approach, engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and building positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Skills: Possess a good understanding of sales techniques to effectively promote the company's services, discuss project details, and potentially upsell additional offerings.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using a variety of apps, software, and other tools.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction and remodeling terminology, processes, and industry trends to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.

Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, managing documents, records, and project information for easy retrieval and reference.

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
