Our client, an investment management company in Boston, is seeking a temporary Administrative Coordinator to help support the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and have worked for an HR team before or have an interested in HR. This role is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and can pay $25-28/hour based on experience.Responsibilities:Administrative support:Complex and proactive calendar management and detailed materials preparationCoordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or eventsSchedule domestic and international travel arrangementsPrepare documents and presentation materials in Word, Excel, and PowerPointMaintain various types of confidential informationHandle daily mail, expense tracking and reporting, proofreading, edits and drafting meeting minutes, etc.Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other HR coordinators when neededProject support & coordination:Maintain various HR-specific documents and reports as needed including ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data, including timely updating of any changes and serving as our team's liaison to the business on the maintenance of this dataProduce management and data reports as needed, primarily using WorkdayAssist with ad hoc HR project workQualifications:Minimum of 1 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization, prior work in Human Resources strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technologyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretionFamiliarity with Workday preferredStrong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilitiesFastidious detail orientation and overall work qualityAbility to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changesPositive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humorUndergraduate degree with strong academic credentialsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
