Food manufacturer is looking for an admin. assistant to help with daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Email purchase orders to vendors and follow up.
Collect Certificates of Analysis on all purchase orders received.
Match receiving recorders to invoices.
Answering phones and greet visitors in a cordial manner.
Provide administrative support in the areas of filing, supply ordering and other assigned duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and publishing.
Full time Monday-Friday 7-3:30 PM.
Medical and Dental Insurance offered.
