Semiconductor probe company is looking for a sincere, hard working person willing to learn new skills and interested in a secure, long term job. Prior experience is not necessary, but note that the work involves handling and assembling very small parts. People who are patient and good at focusing on a specific activity will enjoy the work. It requires fine motor skills and good hand/eye co-ordination. Knitting, crochet, fine art, wood carving, watch repair etc., are examples of activities that are similar in terms of skills, patience and focus.
It is not necessary to be fluent at English, as long as you are able to understand simple instructions and can follow drawings and pictures. We work 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. We do accommodate people juggling other responsibilities like child care, part-time college, etc with some flexibility in schedule.
