Job description

At Lincoln Tool and Machine Corp., we're more than just a job shop — we're a team driven by innovation, precision, and a passion for excellence. Since 1980, our family-owned business has built a reputation for delivering top-tier solutions to the medical, aerospace, and defense industries. We are proudly ISO 9001 and AS9100D certified, reflecting our commitment to quality at every level.

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Precision Machining Specialists to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — from R&D prototyping to high-volume production — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate horizontal and vertical mills, 5-axis, and mill/turn CNC machines.

Design and develop fixtures and workholding systems to optimize manufacturing processes.

Program using G-code and Mastercam (training available for motivated candidates through Mastercam U).

Uphold the highest quality standards by following AS9100 procedures and detailed documentation.

Perform basic quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision tools.

Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise manufacturing outcomes.

Collaborate closely with a talented, supportive team dedicated to continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience setting up, operating, and/or programming CNC machines (vertical, horizontal, 5-axis, and mill/turn).

Strong understanding of G-code programming.

Familiarity with Mastercam (or willingness to learn through company-sponsored training).

Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and experience working within a documented system.

Solid skills in using precision measurement and inspection equipment.

Working knowledge of GD&T standards.

A team-first attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Why Lincoln Tool?
