Essential duties/responsibilities:
Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machines (multi-axis mill-turn centers).
Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements.
Load programs and make necessary edits using Mazatrol and/or G-code.
Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes according to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine or program issues as they arise.
Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with programmers, engineers, and quality inspectors.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
