Georgantas Design + Development is a high end residential design firm is looking for project mangers of all level and design assistants.
Must be organized and efficient.
Experienced in all levels of client and vendor interaction.
Must be able to handle multiple clients of all levels simultaneously.
Experience managing staff and outside contractors.
Should be self-motivated and able to work independently with clientele.
Working knowledge of Construction Documents and Drawings.
Design Industry Experience, College Degree and Computer Proficiency required.
Experience with CAD, Revit, Sketch up, Studio Designer and Design Manager is a plus.
Level 1: Recent College Graduate
Level 2: 2+ years of work experience
Level 3: Post Graduate Degree
Level 4: 5+ years of work experience
Level 5: 10+ years of work experience
DESIGN ASSISTANTS / PROJECT COORDINATOR (Full and Part-time)
Must be organized and efficient.
Experienced in customer and vendor interaction.
Computer proficiency required. College Graduate preferred.
Design industry experience and industry software specific software is a plus.
