Christine Lane Interiors a high-end residential interior design firm seeking a Project Coordinator/Office Assistant with an interest in design, organization, and client and vendor services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 5 years of experience in project logistics and/or office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project coordination and logistics from initial client brief through installation
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers
Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in project management software, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Design Manager or Studio Designer experience is a plus
Familiarity with Time Management software is a plus, eg. Asana, Monday etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
