The Role: This is an entry-level position supporting our Marketing team. You'll be involved in customer service, author coordination, research, and general marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via email, Freshdesk, and social media platforms
Coordinate marketing efforts with authors and assist with media appearances
Research marketing opportunities, events, and potential partnerships
Assist with various marketing projects as part of the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks
