Here is what working as a Landscape Maintenance/Construction Crew Member at Indresano Corporation will entail:
Taking pride in cutting grass, trimming edges, cleaning up refuse, blowing trimmings, fertilizing and watering turf areas, and performing lawn care duties as directed by the foreman
Working in the great outdoors, moving soil, mulch, and planting material to assist with the construction of landscapes and related areas
Spraying and dusting areas to control insects or weeds
Operating the latest power equipment, including lawn tractors and mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters, chain saws, and snow blowers
Conducting daily inspection and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
Being appreciated for assisting the foreman in other work-related duties, including construction projects, shop and yard maintenance, and vehicle and equipment maintenance
We ask that you have these qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years experience in the landscape/construction industry
Ability to operate required equipment and tools safely
Time management skills
Familiarity with materials, methods, tools, and equipment to complete landscape and construction tasks
Can work independently or as part of a team
Valid MA Class D driver’s license (Class A or B license is preferred)
MA DOT medical card (preferred)
MA DOT hoisting license (preferred)
