South shore landscaping company looking to add a few members to our team. We are a full service landscape company that handles landscape maintenance (clean ups, mowing, trimming, mulching, weeding, etc.) and landscape maintenance (walkway and patio installs, retaining wall construction, new lawn installations, etc.) for residential and commercial clients. We are a growing company with a great work environment. Many of our crew members have been with us 5-10 years. We are looking for people motivated, hardworking, with landscape experience. We would prefer to hire someone with a drivers license and medical card that is able to drive a dump truck and tow a trailer.
We work Monday thru Friday with optional Saturday work. We are paid weekly on the books. We offer a matching Simple IRA plan. We are off and paid most major holidays. Also have paid sick time and paid vacation time once earned. We have seasonal bonus opportunities. We will also help you obtain your pesticide license and hoisting license if you are interested in moving up in the industry.
We are also looking to hire a Field Manager. This position would work closely with the owner coordinating the schedule for the work crews. This position would also check on completed jobs to make sure they are done correctly and to expectations. Make regular visits to client properties to check on work and to see if there is any additional work that should be completed. Monitor crews to make sure they are following procedures.
