Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for a Dry Processing Associate to join our strong team.Our ideal candidate is self-driven, detail oriented, proactive, motivated, and able to beat deadlines and set records.This entry level role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving production goals.REQUIREDWe are an accepting and inclusive group who loves and respects the cannabis plant and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results. Must be a positive team player of strong moral character to join our team.SHIFT:Monday - Friday 4:00OPM to 12:30AMNO WEEKENDS!2ST SHIFTPAY: Base pay $16.50/hourfrequent reviews and opportunity for raises!Perfect attendance incentives!BENEFITS: Health, Vision, Dental, 50% Discount (industry leading), PTO, PSL and OT when available (holiday pay of 1.5X), optional Accident, Illness and Life Insurance available!RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining clean and organized work environment Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas Observing all required PPE requirements Required to pivot from responsibilities including but not limited to packaging, joint rolling, sorting and quality control Assist other departments as needed Responsible for maintaining Sanctuary Medicinals high quality standard for all Dry Processing products Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination QUALIFICATIONS No experience necessary Will train the right candidate High School diploma or equivalent required Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must be able to work in environment with fluctuating air quality due to processing of flower Sanctuary Medicinals is a proud equal opportunity employer.
