We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced property manager who is fluent in both Portuguese and English to join our team. This position offers around $30 per hour for 40 hours per week and requires a versatile individual with carpentry expertise and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Carpentry: Proficiency in carpentry work, including but not limited to:
Managing other carpenters
Changing locks
Making and repairing window screens
Patching and painting walls
Demonstrating an eye for fine finish details on apartment flips
Tenant Communication: Effectively communicate with tenants to address maintenance issues, schedule repairs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Material Procurement: Must have a reliable vehicle to drive to Home Depot and other stores to purchase materials needed for property maintenance and repairs. Also give your good call number
