This position is fully remote, and open only to fully licensed mental health care professionals. Competitive pay based on experience! You set your own schedule and can take as few or as many clients as you'd like to see each week (5 client minimum with no maximum)-we provide all the referrals you need to create the caseload you desire. If you have a special population you enjoy working with or specific modalities you'd like to offer you will be supported in that. Working with adults, adolescents, children, families, individuals, couples or running therapy groups are all possibilities. Bring your unique skills, ideas, and passions!
This is a fee for service position. You will be able to choose your own availability and manage your own appointment calendar and telehealth sessions with user-friendly EHR, SimplePractice. This EHR is integrated with Wiley Treatment Planner to make your treatment planning and progress notes as efficient and streamlined as possible. Our goal is to offer the support and infrastructure you need to be successful so you are able to concentrate on providing transformative and meaningful sessions to your clients.
Job Responsibilities:
-managing your client appointments and scheduling through provided EHR platform
-diagnosis and treatment planning
-timely documentation of progress notes
-providing warm, compassionate, client-centered care while upholding standards of ethics and appropriate licensing board

Qualifications and Skills:
-master's degree or doctoral degree in counseling or social work
-licensed in the state of Massachusetts
-available to schedule and hold at least 5 sessions/week through Sacred Space Psychotherapy
-be organized and detail oriented
-your own private space to work from in order to provide teletherapy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
-the desire and ability to work independently (scheduling clients, communicating with clients, giving adequate notice to clients for time off etc.).
-strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
-passionate about the work you do with clients and focused on continually growing your skill set as a clinician.
Preferred but not Required:
-prior experience in a private practice setting
-at least 1 year experience post-unrestricted licensure
-current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS or other insurance
All skill sets and modalities are welcome with a preference given to those with an interest or training the following modalities: psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, somatic therapies, EMDR, DBT, CBT, attachment-based, trauma informed. Candidates that are already credentialed with insurance are preferred but we are able to assist with credentialing as needed. We strongly believe in making mental health care accessible and the practice accepts most commercial insurance.

Salary: From $60.00 per client hour, based on experience
