FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES USA will be opening its first Sushi Izakaya restaurant Sakabayashi Sushi Tavern in Back Bay Boston soon.
We would like to start our staff training starting in March.
Our operating hours will be the following,
Monday-Sunday 11:30-3:00 and 5:00-10:30pm
We are looking to fill multiple kitchen positions and your interview may be conducted as a group interview or one on one depending on the number of applicants.
Please note that during the interview session you may be asked to cut fish or vegetables to perform basic kitchen skills for pay evaluation.
The hourly wage for Cook can range from $17-$20.00 per hour.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience working in the Kitchen (Preferably in Japanese restaurant setting, but not required)
US Working Authorization is required.
Communications skills
Able to take directions.
Punctuality and strong desire to maintain a clean workplace to main good hygiene and food safety practices.
Hiring both Full-time and part-time positions
