DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar (1989 35 yrs) introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area and is now looking for a FT experienced Kitchen Manager Wed-Sun (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:
o very experienced in Day Prep and Nite Line management
o proficient in English and Spanish and good communicator
o Product Ordering and Quality Control
o can do Food Costs for Recipes
o has a simpatico personality and can maintain a positive/productive Team thru mutual respect
o has ServSafe certification re food safety and hygiene standards
o Schedule: Wed-Sat8am-4:30pm and Sun1pm-11pm (up to 45 hrs/wk)
o can start training immediately at $25/hr training rate for 2-3 weeks prior to $1,600/wk salary after satisfactory review
o can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB
