DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar (1989 35 yrs with a sterling reputation) introduced Spanish Tapas to the Boston area and is now looking for a FT experienced Kitchen Manager Wed-Sun (closed Mon-Tues) with the following qualifications:
o senior level experience in Day Prep and Nite Line management but has not moved from job-to-job frequently
o proficient in English and Spanish and candid communication via phone/email w/Tamara-owner
o Product Ordering and Quality Control
o Food Costs and can update Recipes in computer
o has current Mgr. ServSafe certification re food safety and hygiene standards
o has a simpatico personality and can maintain a positive/productive Team thru mutual respect
o Schedule: Wed-Sat8am-4:30pm and Sun1pm-11pm (up to 45 hrs/wk)
o can start training immediately (or w/short notice) at $25/hr training rate for 3-4 weeks, prior to $1,600/wk salary after satisfactory review
o can experience cooking as a JOY and not just a JOB
