Chef Manager $65K. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, hands-on culinary professional to join our corporate food service team as a Chef Manager. Position offers a Monday through Friday, daytime schedule starting at 6 am.
As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for daily operation of the cafeteria which includes:
Responsibility for a breakfast, lunch and catering program operated under company guidelines and standards. Creating weekly menu. Preparing daily entree and soup offerings. Ordering and inventory. Manage food cost. Safety and sanitation. Customer service. Administrative duties - processing payroll, vendor bills, petty cash, banking, hiring and training of staff. Supervise and train staff Candidate(s) MUST have good culinary skills with the ability to create a wide range of food offerings. Previous experience in corporate food service helpful. We are looking for people that show a steady employment history, not a job hopper. Servsafe certification. Candidate(s) MUST be able to clear a criminal background check to be eligible for hire.
