Chef Manager. Travel required in eastern Mass and Providence in the initial stage of this position. No Nights! No Weekends! Up to $65K depending on experience. At Corporate Chefs we have an opening for traveling Chef Manager who has strong culinary skills and is willing and eager to learn our programs. This position needs to be professional and presentable at all times. The primary responsibilities include:
Ability to run and order a busy kitchen
Have BOH administrative skills (Ordering, Payroll, Managing expenses, Supervising employees)
Strong Corporate Catering Experience
Excels at customer service and FOH acumen
Ability to run a full HACCP kitchen
Ability to train hourly employees
We are looking for someone with high volume kitchen experience, fantastic customer service, and good English communication skills. It is a Monday through Friday position. This is a Full Time Position with great benefits, some holidays off, and an aggressive PTO policy.
