Adriatic Restaurant is well established and successful restaurant located in downtown Salem. We are looking for an experienced chef that is willing to lead our great team. Do you love cooking but do not like the chef hours? We are willing to work with a part time chef as well.
Duties Include:
Managing all aspects of the kitchen in accordance with the goals, objectives and culture set forth by the company.
Maintain a high standard of quality with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety.
Responsible for the delegation of work, recommendation of action on team members.
Responsible for team member schedules.
Ensure the highest quality food, and supply product.
Communicate quality standards to the kitchen!
Motivate teams for success.
