Very busy downtown Boston corporate cafeteria needs a prep person.
Monday – Friday Days - No nights or weekends – 40 hours per week 7AM - 3:30PM
At least three years of successful kitchen work, knife skills etc.
You must have a great attitude, passion to make people happy, and a desire to take the next step in your career.
A willingness to take direction and to be part of a team whose success is more important than your own.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, being able to work with and understand recipes, operation of all kitchen equipment.
