Line cook for weekend mornings Friday - Sunday 6AM - 2PM required - additional hours available if desired.
Must have experience with high volume breakfast to execute orders and manage team flow. Ability to establish effective execution process to maintain reasonable ticket times. Establish communication between kitchen and front house staff.
Simple breakfast menu. Volume output very high throughout shift.
