Overview
We are a year-round North Shore Restaurant with an extremely busy summer season. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced restaurant professional who can assist in elevating our beverage program and increase use of our event space with a regular music, entertainment schedule and other events. The ideal candidate will curate the wine list, develop drink menus, understand margins, have a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective leadership skills to train and develop staff, manage inventory, and ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry understanding sales mix and profitability.
Excellent training development skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
