ASSISTANT INNKEEPER
Temporary 90 day job as assistant innkeeper for boutique bed & breakfast
in Cambridge. Highly reviewed.
Qualifications:
-Preference given to those with direct applicable experience.
-Able to demonstrate the willingness and ability to turnover rooms/suites in a timely and efficient manor and do general housekeeping as necessary with expected strict attention to detail within a week-to-ten days of specific training at our inn.
-Highly trustworthy with excellent references.
-While not required on a regular basis to prepare or serve breakfast, ability in those areas also
preferred, including basic cooking skills and ability to follow a basic recipe when needed.
-Professional appearance and ability to comfortably interact with diverse and educated guests expected -
thus fluency in English required.
-Geographic and cultural familiarity with Cambridge & Boston helpful.
This is for part-time work ranging from 14-25 hours/week.
Must have availabity from mornings through early afternoon,
but daily availability not necessary most weeks. However, no two weeks can be guaranteed
to be the same days. It's just the nature of the business. Bookings determine our schedule and needs each week.
