The Opportunity:
Flywire is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join our high-growth B2B vertical. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform fast.
You’ll be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training owning end-to-end implementation while influencing how we continue to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences and wants to take the lead on some of Flywire’s most important B2B accounts.Key Responsibilities:Own the full implementation lifecycle for assigned B2B clients, from kickoff to post-go-live handoffServe as the primary client contact for onboarding, providing technical guidance and project leadershipConfigure and test the Flywire platform to support each client’s invoicing, payment, and reconciliation workflowsLead integrations with client systems including NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom ERP/CRM platformsPartner with Engineering and Product to scope customizations or unblock technical challengesMap data fields across systems and troubleshoot issues related to file formatting, syncing, tokenization, or payment routingConduct sandbox testing and validation, escalating blockers where neededDeliver training, documentation, and consultative support to ensure clients are fully equipped to use the platform post-launchCollaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve process, tooling, documentation, and client experience and lead internal initiatives to drive those improvements
