Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry (Contract through End of Year) - Remote

About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of key projects within our pharmaceutical organization through the end of the year. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, Agile methodologies, and experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a detailed project plan for SAP enhancementsFacilitate prioritization meetings with business and digital stakeholders.Collaborate with Quality and CSV teams to define and execute validation strategies.Coordinate with the SAP release manager to schedule transports and deployments.Conduct regular project status meetings with digital management.Oversee enhancements across various SAP modules, including EWM, PP, and QM.Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for project management, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate with digital teams (SAP, Data, BI) and business stakeholders.General Project Management:Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
