Project Manager: III (Senior)-

Description Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Project Manager III) to lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion. This role is fully remote and open to non-local candidates within the US. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics. Develop detailed project plans and drive milestones to successful completion. Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with project teams and key stakeholders. Provide day-to-day direction to project resources, ensuring alignment with project goals. Implement effective change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare comprehensive documentation, status reports, and budget tracking updates. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to keep deliverables on track. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: 10+ years of direct project management experience. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proven leadership abilities, including team motivation, coaching, and conflict resolution. Expertise in risk management to proactively address project challenges. Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experience with budget and financial management throughout project execution.
