About the RoleAs a People Operations Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People function while helping foster an inclusive, engaging, and well-run hybrid work environment. This is a full-time position based in our Boston office, with a requirement to work onsite at least three (3) days per week as part of our hybrid work model. You’ll partner closely with the Chief People Officer and will be instrumental in managing employee lifecycle operations, office initiatives and cross-functional support. Key ResponsibilitiesPeople OperationsServe as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures.Maintain and optimize our HRIS (Paylocity) and employee records to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and compliance tasks.Support benefits administration including open enrollment, employee questions, and leave administration.Partner with the CPO on company-wide initiatives like performance reviews, compliance training and policy updates.Support compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.Support the recruiting process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers via SmartRecruiters.Support monthly All-Hands meetings, including scheduling, content coordination, logistics, and internal communications.
 Office & CultureAct as the primary liaison for office operations, including coordination with building management for visitor access, work orders, deliveries, and maintenance.Lead and support in-office engagement initiatives, such as team events, social programming, and holiday celebrations.Monitor and manage office supply inventory and common spaces to ensure a smooth day-to-day office experience.Coordinate onsite logistics for new hires and visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
