Qualifications:The individual will work with leaders across HR and the Bank to support the Compensation function in all areas of market pricing, year-end preparation and the implementation of the Workday HCM system. This individual may also have the opportunity to support other Total Rewards and HR projects as well.This role provides exposure to Boston's market pricing process and compensation review process as well as other compensation responsibilities. The ideal candidate is inquisitive and analytical as well as has a strong attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement skills. This candidate should also have strong communication skills and is the demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues. The opportunity offers an individual to enhance their organizational, communication, and stakeholder focus and engagement skills.
