Compliance Officer

Description Our client is a boutique Wealth Management firm seeking a Compliance Officer with 5+ years of experience and Series 7 and 24 certifications. Role involves managing regulatory obligations, investigating policy violations, assisting with audits, and communicating current regulations. Other duties include approving promotional and digital content, maintaining compliance policies, serving as main point of contact in the Compliance team, and producing quarterly 13F reports. Ideal candidate embodies core values of integrity, ethics, and honesty.
