Design, communicate, collaborate and implement an operational plan for completing the project

Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

Identify, develop and gather the resources to complete the project

Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project

Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project

Set priorities, allocate tasks and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and

Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience managing mid to large-scale projects

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously through varying project phases

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to positively influence others

Strong collaboration and facilitation skills

Strong time management skills

Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and decision making

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Claims Processing Knowledge

Subject matter expertise relative to both Humana as well as Medicaid line of business

Prior experience in the healthcare industry

Proficient in MS Office products (Access, MS Project, and Visio)

Experience with Azure Boards (Requirements Management System)
